Hi-body is a wellness methodology created for you by me, Daniel Ashley. I was passionate about sports growing up - particularly rugby, martial arts and boxing. I played rugby at county and district level before a lower back injury halted my sporting career in my 20s. I went on to study Art at Chelsea Art College and gained a BA in Product Design at Central St Martins. Upon graduation, I won a New Designers Award, Homes and Gardens Classic Design Award and was shortlisted for Young Designer of the year. I subsequently turned my attention to designing the human body rather than objects, feeling that the human body is more important than the products we use. My minimalist training system Plane-training grew out of a desire to prevent injuries and transform the body in the most efficient way possible.

Think movements, not muscles

Plane-training HOME workouts are carefully constructed, with exercises especially combined to create a balanced body. Exercises are a mix of basic gymnastics, sports conditioning and yoga, fused with functional training techniques to train the muscles the way they work in real life. There is a focus on posture, power and core strength.
