Over my 10 years in the sports and fitness industry I have developed a unique system of combination exercises, movement patterns and sequences that will build muscle size and strength in the quickest possible time. It works and I want to share it with you.

HiBody uses a fusion of gymnastic, functional sports and modern bodybuilding techniques to produce a powerful more natural, athletic physique than can be achieved with conventional resistance training.

The underlying philosophy of HiBody is to get your body looking balanced, powerful and athletic. The most effective way of doing this is by performing exercises that stimulate muscles in ways they are designed to be used in real life. This means more effective muscle stimulation, which means bigger results. This type of training is sometimes referred to as functional training.

What is Functional Training 

A more accurate definition of this type of exercise is: closed kinetic chain (CKC) exercises or closed chain exercises. Closed chain exercises are typically pulling and pushing movements. CKC exercises involve more than one muscle group and joint simultaneously. Focusing on this type of movement provides quicker results and improves performance in reality, as opposed to using fixed resistance machines which not only provide slow muscle development but can actually detrain the body. The only time fixed resistance machines should be used is when correcting imbalances in the body or training around injuries

Physical activity can improve work performance through mood elevation, improved motivation and control, and the reduction of stress and anxiety. Studies have shown that exercise is effective as a coping strategy for depression with a relapse rate of just 9% compared with 38% for medication.
