"Plane TrainingTM with Dan has been the most successful form of training I've done. In under a year I gained 11 kilos in weight. The training is very focused and intense within the hourly session but concentrates on opposite muscle groups each time so there isn't any excessive fatigue. The sequence of the sessions and the momentum of the super sets are much better than past regimes so you can really feel the muscles working and visibly see the growth thereafter. A word of warning though - buy cheap clothes while doing this as they won't fit for long."
