What is Plane-training™ ?

Plane-training is a simple new exercise system that develops the whole body according to natural movement patterns or ‘planes’ of movement.

Exercises are carefully selected functional movements.

Every exercise is combined with its counter-movement. Combining movements this way has multiple beneficial effects, allowing for more significant achievements in less time. Up to twenty exercises are packed into a one-hour workout.
